Organic Raw Cane Sugar Medium Invert Syrup is a water-based solution of raw cane sugar in which approximately 50% of the sucrose has been converted through hydrolysis into invert sugars. This light golden syrup has a higher brix than standard liquid sugar and improved microbiological stability. This product has a mild sweet flavor, and is used in juices, smoothies, and carbonated beverages. In baked goods, it retains moisture and improves crust coloration.
