Made with cane sugar and molasses, Qwik-Flo® Molasses is manufactured through our proprietary co-crystallization process. The result is a free-flowing sugar with a rich flavor and brown color. The distinctive characteristics of this sugar complement and enhance sweet and savory flavors, adding body and mouthfeel to bakery, cereal, confections, prepared foods, soups, and seasonings.  It is ideal for use in a variety of liquid and dry applications, and Qwik-Flo® Molasses contains no starch carriers or flow agents. 

Available in both Light and Dark Molasses in Granulated and Powdered varieties. Qwik-Flo Dark Molasses additionally contains cane caramel, and Powdered Qwik-Flo Molasses contains cornstarch.
