C&H® Easy-Fond® Fondant Sugar is made from micron-sized crystals of pure cane sugar bonded with invert sugar to create porous, free-flowing granules.  Water can be added to Easy-Fond to produce a high quality fondant for candy products that is white in color and has excellent extrusion qualities.
