Yields: 3 gallons

  • 1 bag Domino® Batch Ready Bag® Granulated Sugar
  • ½ gallon warm water
  • 6 cups lime juice
  • 2 cups grapefruit puree
  • 3 gallons cold water
  • lime and grapefruit slices, as garnish

Instructions

Step 1: In a 3-gallon container, combine sugar and warm water with fruit juice and fruit puree. Stir until dissolved. Add cold water to fill 3 gallons and stir until well blended. 

Step 2: Pour over ice immediately, or place in an airtight container. Chill uncovered in the refrigerator until the liquid is below 41°F. Stir before serving. Add garnishes if desired.
