Yields: 3 gallons
- 1 bag Domino® Batch Ready Bag® Granulated Sugar
- ½ gallon warm water
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4 cups pineapple puree
- 3 gallons cold water
- shredded coconut, as garnish
Instructions
Step 1: In a 3-gallon container, combine sugar and warm water with coconut milk and fruit puree. Stir until dissolved. Add cold water to fill 3 gallons and stir until well blended.
Step 2: Pour over ice immediately, or place in an airtight container. Chill uncovered in the refrigerator until the liquid is below 41°F. Stir before serving. Add garnishes if desired.
